1. Scope. The Dogfather will deliver the Puppy Training dog training program for the dogdescribed above. Program structure, session count, and scheduling are at the trainer's professional discretion to meet the stated goals.
2. Price. The program fee is $1,200.00 CAD. In-home training, if selected, adds a travel fee (gas + vehicle wear, quoted from your address). Totals are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
3. Deposit & Payment. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to support@dogfather.ca. A deposit reserves your start date; the balance is due before or at the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Refund. Reschedules with 48+ hours' notice are free. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be forfeited. Once the program has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable; remaining unused, pre-paid sessions may be refunded at the trainer's discretion less work performed.
5. Liability Release.I acknowledge the inherent risks of dog training and handling. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release The Dogfather, its owner and agents, from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from the services, except those caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. I am responsible for my dog's behaviour and any harm it causes.
6. No Guarantee.Dog training outcomes depend on factors outside the trainer's control, including owner follow-through and the dog's history and temperament. No specific behavioural result is guaranteed.
7. Handling. The dog will be handled on a flat collar and a leash no longer than 6 ft — no harness, no flexi-leash, no off-leash arrival — unless the trainer directs otherwise.
