Most Markham clients prefer Scarborough for weekday drop-off and Paddock Estate for weekend or extended-stay drop-off where they want to see the property.
Do you offer pickup or drop-off coordination for Markham?
Drop-off is owner-driven to either Scarborough or Paddock Estate (Pickering). For Board & Train clients ($150/day), in-home handover sessions are included at no extra charge — the trainer drives to Markham (Unionville, Cornell, Berczy Village, Cathedraltown, Wismer, Greensborough, Box Grove) to install the protocol in your home with your family and your routines. For straight boarding, owner drop-off applies.

What if my dog has special needs (senior, reactive, medical)?
Three Markham-friendly tiers above standard boarding: Reactive Dogs ($200/day) for dog-reactive or human-reactive cases that other kennels refuse, Special Needs ($250/day) for seniors with mobility issues, dogs on daily meds (Prozac, Gabapentin, Trazodone, insulin, thyroid, NSAIDs), or anxious dogs that need a hand-fed schedule, and Board & Train ($150/day) which adds active obedience reinforcement to the boarding stay. Markham seniors and medical dogs are a frequent booking — many owners have been turned away from standard Markham kennels and find us through search.
Do you do board+train + summer boarding combined?
Yes.
